ILONA TAILLADE

Chief Creative Officer

Chief creative officer, Ilona Taillade, has created campaign solutions for the likes of Pepsico, Nissan, KPN and Prestige Diamonds. Previously recruited from Australia to Europe with the task of transforming a traditional advertising agency into a cross-media marketing consultancy, Ilona believes the future of marketing and communications includes creating an impact with an audience on the move and maximising the potential of pop-up events by using behavioural data. She’s passionate about combining her creative work for big-budget brands with helping young brands and designers enter top locations at affordable prices, without the long-term commitment.

LEON GOLDWATER

Founding Member

Leon Goldwater is the managing partner of Real Estate Partners (REP), which is an early-stage investment vehicle with a focus on innovative retail and technology businesses within real estate.
Leon has over 20 years of hands-on experience in building and managing companies within the media and marketing sector.
As the chairman of BrandSpots, a full-service pop-up shop provider and innovative outdoor media agency; and the co-founder of ICYMEDIA, Europe's alpine media specialist, he also serves on the board for Europe Real Estate (REP), a European real estate media publishing and marketing company.
